If for some reason you do not want or need that menu item such as you are allowing a developer to access your cPanel, but don't want to allow them access to your billing, you can disable it (Single Sign On) from our client area.
Log into our client area: https://my.sitetrec.com
In your Account menu: "Hello, <Your Name>!" click "Security Settings".
From there you can enable/disable Single Sign On.
Alternatively, you can contact our support team to disable this.
